Very simply, if you're not happy with your
final painting, you are under no obligation to complete the purchase.
Normally, the key in this process is regular feedback and
communication. You will receive preliminary proofs to inspect before I
ever send the final portrait. If the original photo that I'm working
from is good (see ordering procedures), the feedback process is much
faster. However, I am more than willing to customize and work with you
if you have special requests.
